Vodafone Qatar launches new IoT asset tracking solution

Vodafone Qatar has launched the “Assets Tracking” solution, enabling companies to maximize the efficiency of their operations using cutting-edge Internet of Things (IoT) technologies.
The new end-to-end IoT asset tracking solution facilitates the provision of real-time information such as asset locations and environmental conditions and can track multiple assets simultaneously as well as provide alerts and reports.
It is suitable for a range of different businesses such as those in the construction or transport sectors, those operating heavy machinery or dealing with logistics, managing the distribution or delivery of high value goods and equipment mobiles, to name a few examples.
Vodafone’s IoT Asset Tracking solution comes in two packages, to satisfy both large and small businesses and meet their respective needs. All users can manage their assets through a self-service IoT web portal and mobile app while remotely monitoring in the field, and both solutions enable tracking, dashboard access, reporting and alert notifications.
