EC Electric, Renton, Washington, has been awarded a firm price contract of $10,495,846 for power and control upgrades to the Lower Monumental Navigation Lock, to include new medium and low voltage switchgear upstream and downstream and new motor drive pumps. RQ Construction LLC, Carlsbad, CA, is awarded a $31,345,000 firm price order (N6945022F0885) under a multi-award construction contract for the construction of a new physical training facility at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. The work includes the construction of a fitness center consisting of individual and collective fitness areas, a gymnasium for team events and a military obstacle course for students of the Technical Training Center naval aviation. This project replaces two facilities damaged by Hurricane Sally and consolidates mission requirements into a single new facility. The contract also contains two unexercised options which, if exercised, would increase the cumulative value of the contract to $32,106,744. Work to be carried out includes, but is not limited to, supporting the remediation of the Red Hill Aquifer by continuing to operate the 5MGD, GAC filtration system. Stellant Systems Inc., Torrance, CA has been awarded a $36,940,000 firm fixed price contract with Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity for F-16 Traveling Wave Tube repair services. The work will be performed in Torrance, Calif., and is expected to be completed by January 30, 2029. This price is the result of a competitive acquisition. Working capital for fiscal 2022 in the amount of $457,290 is committed at the time of grant. The Air Force Sustainment Center Supply Chain Management Division, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracted activity (FA8251-22-D-0006).

UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES UNIVERSITY SERVICES

D7 LLC, doing business in Dawson, Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded firm fixed price order HU000121F0047. The first year option in support of the Office of the Chief Information Officer at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences is exercised with a value of $11,048,424. Work will be performed in Bethesda, Maryland from September 24, 2022 through September 23, 2023. Operations and maintenance funds are used to fund the task order.
