HOUSTON – Oceaneering International announced at the Offshore Northern Seas (ONS) conference that it will use the Inspection Data Management Software (IDMS) platform provided by Austin-based software company HUVRdata (HUVR) to enhance its current integrity management offerings.

The agreement leverages Oceaneering’s subject matter expertise and accelerates HUVR’s technology roadmap to create new and improved software products, the company said.

The collaboration between Oceaneering and HUVR is a key part of Oceaneering’s strategy to enable cross-segment digital transformation in offshore environments, from topside to subsea, and onshore. With the launch of a new digital asset management system, Oceaneering plans to leverage its network of partners and provide digital solutions to the integrity management market.

HUVR’s cloud-based IDMS platform is mobile-connected, flexible, scalable, and vendor-neutral. Its capabilities support automated collection and analysis of inspection data from various sources in the field, enabling data-driven risk mitigation and lower total cost of asset ownership.
