As Head of IFM, Asia Pacific, Damian will report to Cameron and join the Global Occupier Services (GOS) Asia Pacific leadership team. He will be responsible for driving IFM’s vision to create a leading differentiated model and leverage global best practices to ensure exceptional service delivery for all customers. Based in Singapore, Damian will partner and align with the company’s IFM leaders nationally and globally and support the capabilities of country-based IFM companies to improve the overall customer experience and deliver a level of high and consistent service in the Asia-Pacific region. With over 25 years of experience in corporate real estate and facilities management, Damian has led various teams in Asia Pacific and worked closely with a wide range of international and domestic clients. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2019, he held senior roles at CBRE and JLL. Over the past three years, Damian has been a key contributor to GOS’s business growth, leading all operational aspects of the company’s future-focused facilities and workplace services program, and managing complex business operations projects. Drawing on his vast background and experience, Damian also provided important insights into occupant trends to ensure the company is well positioned to meet both the challenges and opportunities facing customers. of the region.
