Following industry best practices, the brand new CHAMPS GPO contract calendar provides vendors advance notice of when specific contract categories will be reviewed and is another essential tool to ensure CHAMPS members receive the best possible pricing from vendors.

With a focus on creating an effortless experience for vendors, the online calendar designates planned contract categories, category descriptions, and a link for category registration. Each category will remain open for the full three months of the designated quarter and all submissions will be reviewed in the following quarter.
Contract categories will be scheduled on a rolling basis and review periods are subject to change. If a vendor wishes to submit a proposal for CHAMPS GPO review, but the product or service does not fall into an intended category, visitors can easily submit the “become a supplier” online form. Suppliers have convenient access to Customer Services for any additional assistance.
