BT adds a proto hologram to its research and innovation facilities

British telecommunications giant to showcase holoportation leader as part of its ‘Connect for Good’ vision

Proto will be one of a select group of third-party technology partners to be showcased in BT’s demonstration facilities, which provide a window into the world of innovation to inspire, surprise and inspire customers to think about the art of the possible. with superior connectivity to the core.

The Proto units that BT will demonstrate are capable of delivering real-time volumetric 4K content and communication, commonly referred to as holograms, and enable the “streaming” of people around the world for meaningful interactive experiences.
