Japan is the country I dreamed of visiting. When I visited Japan to participate in the Leadership Training Development Program, I was immensely impressed with the Japanese culture and their business ethics. What attracted me was their culture, their educational system, their history, the affection of the employees towards their work, their health and their eating habits, etc. Then I came back to Pakistan and decided to promote relations between these two remarkable countries.
My introduction to my vision began with a panel discussion on the 65 years of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Japan, which was attended by government officials, including many senior officials from both countries. Later, we prepared the Pakistan Japan Business Forum (PJBF) 20-year journey documentary which was adored by the President of Pakistan and the Japanese official in an event organized by AdPlulse.
To commemorate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and Japan, Adpulse in support of the Japanese Consulate in Karachi and PJBF decided to promote the importance of this historic relationship and prepared a documentary on 70 years of diplomatic relations between the two nations, as well as a one-day exhibition featuring Japanese products followed by a grand celebratory event. I am grateful to all my sponsors for making this possible with special thanks to His Excellency Mr. Mitsuhiro WADA, Ambassador of Japan, Consul General of Japan Mr. Isomura San and Mr. Kalim Farooqui President PJBF, my team at AdPulse and everyone behind the camera has helped me achieve this goal.
On this occasion of the commemoration of seven decades of diplomatic relations, we must define the future plans by considering Japan with its knowledge in technology, education and management of resources which are very important for Pakistan. Japanese technology is very futuristic; with Pakistani knowledge, we would be able to create crazy technologies/products. The Japanese like everything neat and clean, like their technology. Japan is the world’s largest technologically advanced producer of parent vehicles, electronic equipment, machine tools, steel and non-ferrous metals, ships, chemicals, textiles and processed foods. It would be a great achievement to venture with Japanese companies and tech giants.
